There are a lot of new Apple products and technologies expected to début in 2012. From the elusive iPhone 5, to the long-awaited MacBook Pro 2012, Apple fans are anxious to see what the Cupertino based technology giant has in store this year.
With the 2012 WWDC starting tomorrow, fans are still hopeful the new iPhone, and MacBook will make an appearance, but it already seems clear Apple has plans to preview software instead of devices. Don’t worry though! The day both iPhone and MacBook lovers have waited for will come—eventually.
Unless a big surprise has been planned, it doesn’t look like there will be any new Apple products announced at the WWDC. Banners posted inside the conference center at Moscone Center in San Francisco all but confirm the releases of both iOS 6 and OS X Mountain Lion, as well as an updated iCloud. Meanwhile, anything iPhone or MacBook is either lurking in the shadows, or still in hiding at Apple headquarters.
Fingers are still crossed, but it seems iPhone fanatics may have to wait until the latter part of the year after all. As for the new MacBook pro, like their smartphone line, Apple has yet to confirm anything about the rumored laptop either.
What are your thoughts on the possible new Apple products for 2012? Do you think Apple will announce a new MacBook Pro at the WWDC? What are your thoughts on all the iPhone release rumors?
